Very worn example of this type. This could be either Valentinian II or Gratian. A P - headed cross can be seen in left field.
Mintmark not clear enough to identify.
This example has the full unbroken obverse legend signifying that Valentinian II was still a caesar and had not yet been made augustus in his own name
