Theodosius I Reverses: Victory Advancing Left

The weak obverse strike make it difficult to make out the name of Theodosius. Most of the SALVS REIPVBLICAE legend is quite clear on the reverse though, as well as the mintmark.
CONSA mintmark, Constantinopolis.

Weak mintmark, possibly SMTSA
This is another Theodosius I example of this type. Note the strong strike on the reverse legend, mintmark and P - headed cross.
