Reverse of This Coin - Coin List

Constantine II Small Bronze - 2 Soldiers, 2 Standards Reverse

GLORIA EXERCITVS Type
This well-worn coin has acquired a lovely green patina but the mintmark is no longer legible. The coin was struck off center and the letters would have been truncated when the coin left the mint. Whatever trace of them was left has been obliterated by time, wear, and the same patination process taht both erodes detail and forms such a lovely surface to this ancient little bit of metal.
