Due to park regulations we couldn't camp there and so had to break down the tents and reassemble them on Sunday morning. Some members went home for the evening, but a small group stayed at the home of Park Ranger Maureen Rodgers where we watched a videotape of "Demetrius and the Gladiators". This definitely helped prepare us mentally for the next day. Surely we could face a little wind, fog, and cold. Those would have been the least of Demetrius' problems...

The sun did peek out a couple of times Sunday, and warm us up briefly, allowing us to get some very good photos. The tourists of course took advantage of our presence for many good photo opps, as they always do. But all good things must end, and so on Sunday afternoon we packed up all the gear, folded the tents, and returned control of Fort Point to the present-day caretakers. Then we all parted ways for the time being, looking forward to the next event.
