Delmatius Small Bronze - 2 Soldiers, 1 Standard Reverse

GLORIA EXERCITVS Type
These little AE 4's of Delmatius are somewhat more scarce than those of the other emperors with the GLORIA EXERCITVS reverse. This exampel is a nice one in fine condition with a wavy flan crack that enters from the bottom of the flan but does not mar the emperor's face. It was produced by the tenth (Iota) officina of the huge Antioch mint. It is listed in LRBC as number 1367.
